Bremen 06/03/2014 – In the context of an asset deal Allgeier IT Solutions announces the acquisition of assets from the DIGIDOK GmbH from Essen, Germany. The deal has been backdated to 1st of January, 2014. Allgeier purchases essential parts of business around the software solution smart.CAPTURE.
DIGIDOK is a specialised software developer for digital input and document management offering with smart.CAPTURE high performance standard software for efficient capturing of scanned paper documents and incoming electronic PDF files.
