(DGAP-Media / 16.01.2013 / 11:59) Munich, January 16, 2013 – A change has been implemented to the management of Munich-based TOPjects GmbH, an Allgeier Group company. Andreas Seinsche, Stefan Steber and Rom De Vries have been appointed to the company’s management team as part of a change to the legal form of the company into that of a limited company under German law (‘Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung’ – ‘GmbH’). Rainer Keser, who has been Management Board member to date, has left the company on amicable terms in order to devote himself to new entrepreneurial challenges. During his many years of activity as a Management Board member and shareholder, Rainer Keser contributed significantly to the successful development of the company, which was founded in 1995, into a renowned IT services-provider. Today, TOPjects employs more than 200 in-house and external staff members, and operates offices in Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Berlin. The company’s Supervisory Board and the Management Board of Allgeier SE would like to extend their warm thanks to Mr. Keser for his highly significant achievements over the course of the past years, and would like to wish him every success and happiness for the future. At the same time, the new management team is embarking on a new course towards further integration within the Allgeier Experts Division. The Allgeier Experts Division, with its Goetzfried, TECOPS, U.N.P., Oxygen Consultancy and TOPjects companies, has stood for the reliable and rapid provision of expertise and flexible personal resources for many years now. The service portfolio includes the recruitment, mediation, transfer and management of IT specialists, commercial experts and engineers, the realisation of development projects, the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions, as well as the design and development of software. These services are oriented to current market trends and customer requirements. This has allowed the Experts Division companies to successfully realise a large number of high-end IT services and projects for their customers, all the way through to major projects such as Dataport, the central service-provider for information and communication technology for the German federal states of Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Bremen and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. TOPjects plays an important role within the new division with its strong anchoring within Bavaria, and its expertise within the banking and financial services sector. TOPjects’ high level of customer and service orientation is evidenced by the large number of long-term and trusting partnerships that it maintains with companies from varied sectors. Within the Experts Division, TOPjects will further expand its strengths in individual consulting, and the development of tailored and excellent solutions. Synergies and economies of scale are also being exploited within the division, in order to boost service speed, and to enhance the scalability of the services provided. Both large and medium-sized companies will be able to access a significantly expanded portfolio of services in the future. TOPjects, European IT Workplace of the year 2012, has long invested in the promotion and development of its staff. Employees in the Experts Division enjoy multifaceted career and development opportunities.
