Munich, August 27, 2012 – Allgeier continued to improve its level of customer satisfaction and ranked in an outstanding second place in this year’s customer survey for top systems companies conducted by COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner.

The annual survey gauges the customer-centric service of systems companies by surveying over 3500 users. Users were first required to assess the quality of their systems partner. In addition, as part of the detailed questionnaire, they were able to provide information about their satisfaction with the IT projects which systems companies had carried out for them. Allgeier’s ascent to number two in the overall rankings was particularly thanks to the high level of customer satisfaction.
