Ad-hoc-publication according to § 15 WpHG

The Allgeier Holding AG signed today a notarially certified contract of purchase for the take over of all GmbH shares of the ICC InfoTeSys Computer Consulting GmbH located in Cologne. The ICC offers with its over 80 part- and fulltime employees’ services and developments in the field of complex IT-applications. In the business year 2004 the ICC reached earnings of over € 11 million. The company has been profitable for years. The ICC strengthens the IT services sector of the Allgeier Group.
