Allgeier SE: Allgeier is negotiating with Ciber insolvency administrator about continuing the business of German Ciber companies

Munich, April 5, 2017 – Allgeier SE (ISIN DE0005086300, WKN 508630) and lawyer Hans-Gerd Jauch, who is appointed as the preliminary insolvency administrator of Ciber AG and Ciber Managed Services GmbH, are in intensive and well advanced negotiations about an agreement that will enable Allgeier to continue the operating business of the German companies of the Ciber Group. The draft agreement envisages Allgeier taking over the customer relationships as well as further assets.

Further details of the transaction are currently being coordinated. The joint goal is to sign a contractual agreement by the end of this week. Execution of the agreement will nevertheless be formally subject to the opening of the insolvency proceedings.
