Munich, October 15, 2013 – The Supervisory Board of Allgeier SE (ISIN DE0005086300, WKN 508630) has appointed Mr. Hubert Rohrer as a member of the Management Board with effect as of today. For many years, Hubert Rohrer has held top management positions within the Allgeier Group, most recently heading up its Solutions Division and holding office as a member of the Allgeier Executive Committee.

Also with effect as of today, Mr. Jürgen Gallmann has been appointed as a member of the Management Board of Allgeier Group Executives AG, the Group’s internal consulting and management company. He is also to become a member of the Allgeier Executive Committee. Over the course of many years, Jürgen Gallmann has held top positions at international IT companies such as IBM, Microsoft and Avaya. He has already been active as a consultant for Allgeier since last year.

With these personnel decisions, Allgeier is strengthening its top management team with respect to the stronger focusing and strategic further development of its IT business through organic growth and acquisitions in Germany and abroad, which was approved as part of Agenda 2015.
