Thalwil, Switzerland/Munich, 14.03.2013 – 1eEurope (Switzerland) AG has changed its name to Allgeier (Switzerland) AG. The change of name is intended to establish the Allgeier Group brand and portfolio more intensively in Switzerland.

The existing 1eEurope team headed by the present management will remain in its current configuration and continue to implement innovative solutions in the Microsoft technology environment.

Within a matter of weeks a complete rebranding exercise will be undertaken in line with the new name. The company structure and legal form, however, remain unaltered.
