Bremen, 16.07.2013 – BSH IT Solutions, a 100% subsidiary of Allgeier IT Solutions GmbH, concluded an agreement with its parent company for the integration of the business division IT infrastructure. As from July 1, 2013 , BSH IT Solutions, which already has been working closely with the infrastructure division of Allgeier since the beginning of 2011, takes over the business operation of the range IT infrastructure, including customer relationships and contracts as well as the employees in the course of an asset deal. It thus combines the common service-, sales- and infrastructure-expertise into a strong entity under the leadership of BSH.

A few days ago, Allgeier and BSH moved their previous location in Münster to the strategically situated location at the Münster Osnabrück Airport. By concentrating the infrastructure expertise, BSH significantly strenghtens its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia and the service portfolio. In the future, customers will benefit from a team with over 80 qualified employees in the infrastructure environment at the sites of Bremen, Greven and Westerstede, a data center for hosting and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions, as well as improved and standardized service processes.

In the face of the asset deal, Hubert Rohrer, CEO of Allgeier IT Solutions GmbH, said: “The bundling of infrastructure skills in the BSH brand constitutes a meaningful and consistent optimization of the business unit IT infrastructure for our customers.“
