Munich, October 13th, 2014 – With effect from Thursday the 9th of October 2014, mgm technology partners GmbH and SecureNet GmbH, both with registered offices in Munich, have combined their expertise in the field of Web application security and mobile apps in the new mgm company„mgm security partners GmbH“. The former SecureNet GmbH’s management will continue to be executive.

The merger of SecureNet with mgm technology partners GmbH holding majority interest in the new company is extending and strengthening mgm, which has been focused on the development of modern, highly scalable and secure web applications for 20 years, by the expertise and performance of a specialist for 16 years for the security of web based and mobile software technology.

Costumers are big companies in the areas of Automotive, Logistics and Finance Industry. SecureNet authored the best practices guide on the production of secure web applications in the area of Public Administration for the Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI).
