Austrian consulting and software specialist Hexa Business Services joins Allgeier’s “Nagarro” Division

Munich, March 10, 2014 – Austrian IT consulting company Hexa Business Services and Vienna-based Nagarro Austria GmbH have combined their strengths with effect from February 26, 2014. The merger allows Allgeier’s “Nagarro” Division to further expand its capabilities as a multinational provider of end-to-end software services.

Vienna-based Hexa Business Services Beratungs- und Dienstleistungs GmbH employs 40 staff and is one of Austria’s leading Cloud and outsourcing specialists. The company has successfully realised many large scale software development projects and transformation programs for numerous market-leading companies in Austria over recent years. Through combining their joint service portfolios, Hexa and Nagarro will offer customers in Austria a highly flexible and scalable mix of local, nearshore and offshore delivery options in the future.

With this transaction, Allgeier is consistently further developing the Group as part of the implementation of its Allgeier Agenda 2015. Allgeier is further focusing its business model on high-growth areas offering above-average development potential.
