The transfer of shares (closing) is dependent oncompliance with the usual contractual terms and is expected to be completedwithin the next few days.Leading IT solution provider for the healthcare marketThrough this acquisition of GEMED, Allgeier Group is further strengtheningtheir service portfolio and opening up new prospects. GEMED, which wasestablished in 1995, develops, produces and implements modular ‘PictureArchiving and Communication Systems’ (PACS) which are used in hospitals,radiology units and orthopaedic centres.
