Oslo (Norway), February 1, 2016 – Effective 1 February 2016, Norway-based IT solutions provider Conduct AS joins the Nagarro group and becomes the Norwegian subsidiary, offering Nagarro’s complete range of services. Likewise, Conduct’s existing offerings within the Business Intelligence, IAM/security and business application domains will be further strengthened by Nagarro’s competences and global delivery capability. Nagarro’s core idea ‘Enterprise Agile’ complements Conduct’s strong focus on delivering incremental value. This enables rapid delivery cycles and improves time-to-market for the customer.
As a leading provider of open source solutions and services in the Norwegian market, Conduct’s mission is to provide the full range of services necessary to ensure the market gets real value from the continued innovation delivered by Open Source communities. By partnering with Nagarro, Conduct is taking a big step forward in delivering on this promise.
“We intend to become the close-knit IT partner the market is looking for; open and innovative solutions, a strong local presence, and a global delivery model that can scale whenever needed. All this while still remaining true to delivering value to our customers through agile methods. It’s a strong message,“ says Chief Technology Officer Thomas Roka-Aardal.
Nagarro is the international software unit of the Munich-based Allgeier SE. With more than 3000 employees working from 20 offices in 10 countries worldwide, Nagarro is serving industry leaders such as ASSA ABLOY, Siemens, Lufthansa, GE and BMW. Nagarro supports companies equally with concepts and solutions to digitalize their business processes. In this way, it displays the entire IT service range from Onsite over Nearshore to Offshore and supports companies. Focus on customers’ strategic needs and toughest challenges combined with a highly agile and project-oriented organisation has earned Nagarro the reputation both as a trustworthy IT partner as well as a very attractive employer. Through its investment in Conduct, Nagarro expands its strong market position in Scandinavia and pushes, at the same time, the internationalization of its business further ahead.
Nagarro established its Swedish branch in 2008 and is also present in Denmark already. “With Conduct becoming Nagarro in Norway, the entire Scandinavian market can benefit from Nagarro’s successful hybrid model of a truly global delivery team with a strong local fundament,” says Joydeep Dash, head of Nagarro’s Nordic initiative.
As a result of joining Nagarro, Conduct intends to further strengthen its local team in Norway. “We’re searching for experienced consultants with a global mind-set,” says managing director Ole Farmen.
“Conduct has actively been searching for an ambitious partner matching our spirit, dedication and commitment,” says founder & chairman Alf Sagen. “We are extremely happy to join the progressive Nagarro family.”
