The significance of personnel placement business continues to grow

Munich/Wiesbaden, 15 April 2015 – Goetzfried AG, a subsidiary of Allgeier SE, today announced the acquisition of shares in SearchConsult GmbH, a company specialised in personnel consultancy headquartered in Düsseldorf. The highly specialised SearchConsult consultancy team has a strong track record in filling IT specialist and management positions.

The majority holding will enable Allgeier Experts to strengthen its position as one of the TOP 3 IT and engineering personnel service providers in the German-speaking region. Moreover, the company will expand its competences in the field of recruiting highly qualified IT experts for middle and senior management. In the future, the concentration of combined competences will give existing and potential customers even more extensive support in personnel recruitment.

All personnel placement activities are to be gradually combined under SearchConsult with offices in Düsseldorf and Munich. At the same time, Goetzfried AG will make its Germany-wide network of subsidiaries available to promote the expansion of the business.
