Düsseldorf, February 2nd, 2015 – At the beginning of the New Year innocate solutions gmbh changed its company name to Allgeier Productivity Solutions GmbH and it is bundling the Microsoft technology based business for communication and productivity solutions of the Allgeier Group under the new brand. By integrating different product and service teams a leading provider for Microsoft Services and Solutions in the German market is being created.

With Allgeier Group becoming the majority shareholder in innocate solutions a year ago, it has completed the strategic development into a leading Microsoft service provider. Within the Group innocate has positioned itself as a powerful service provider for Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Lync and forward-looking Cloud Services around Office 365. The successful development in 2014 is reflected in the over-achievement of the annual business targets and a revenue growth of over 40 percent. The plan for 2015 is to grow further  and continue this successful strategy as well as increasing market visibility under the new Allgeier Productivity Solutions name.

In order to achieve this, Allgeier Productivity Solutions is bundling services and competency around the Microsoft service business. In addition, Microsoft experts from other Allgeier subsidiaries are joining the team, e.g. Xiopia GmbH’s Microsoft UC Team around the MVPs for Exchange and Lync, Sigfried Jagott and Thomas Poett, is being integrated into the new company. The customers will benefit overall from the strengthening and extension of these core competencies. Alongside the comprehensive offering of Microsoft Services and Solutions from our locations in Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Wiesbaden and Munich, they will be offered even better service and higher scalability.

The main focus of the Allgeier Productivity Solutions is in services around Microsoft Lync and Exchange as well as SharePoint and Dynamics DRM. The unit intends to take on the fast-growing future markets with Cloud Services, proprietary Cloud developments around Office 365 as well as successful IT management and IT strategy consultancy services. In future the Microsoft Service and Product portfolio of the Allgeier Productivity Solutions will be strengthened even further through selective acquisitions of leading providers.
