ALLGEIER SE / Key word(s): Change of Personnel 11.12.2012 / 14:14 Munich, 11 December 2012 – The Executive Board of Allgeier SE has admitted Christian Rosner (55) and Marco Günder (45) into the top management of the Allgeier Group effective as of 1 November 2012. Both managers have been appointed to positions on the Executive Board of Allgeier Group Executives AG, the internal group consulting and management company. Since 2011, Christian Rosner has been working as an advisor specialising in business development, M&A and strategy within Allgeier Group. Among other things, he was involved in the establishment of the offshoring subsidiary Nagarro in the German-speaking region. With his strong sales, marketing and management competencies, Christian Rosner will support several companies within the rapidly expanding group in strategic decision-making. He will also offer his wide-ranging specialist and industry-specific expertise for boosting and expanding IT services and solutions most notably, as well as for project business. Christian Rosner is also leveraging his market knowledge to support the international expansion in the Austrian and Central European markets. Marco Günder has made the move to Allgeier Group Executives AG from the Executive Board of Goetzfried AG, a wholly-owned Allgeier subsidiary. In future, Marco Günder will apply his extensive expertise in organisation processes and strategy throughout the Allgeier Group with the aim of improving the integration of group companies and realising additional potential synergies. As part of this role, Marco Günder is also supporting the further expansion and integration of Allgeier Division Experts. Brief profiles of both executives: Christian Rosner launched his career in 1977 at Philips Data as a software developer and subsequently held leading positions at companies such as Nixdorf Computer, Digital Equipment and Hewlett Packard in sales, marketing and corporate development for Austria and Eastern Europe. In 2004, Rosner became Chief Operating Officer of the Austria S&T Group, an internationally active provider of IT consulting, solutions and services. Between 2005 and June 2010, Rosner held the position of Chairman within the Group. As part of this post, Mr. Rosner played a particularly important role in the strategic expansion of the international group in the Eastern European growth markets, as well as in the transition from reseller to service provider and consultancy. In 1992, Marco Günder completed his Mathematics degree at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. Parallel to his career, Günder also gained his Master’s degree in economics and management at the University of Kaiserslautern. His career path started as a project and departmental manager in a systems company and a large bank. Subsequently, he went on to head the software development department of a software provider. In 2003, he joined Goetzfried AG and was appointed to the Executive Board of the Allgeier subsidiary in 2006, where he was responsible for divisions including process organisation, quality, compliance, controlling and finances.
