The Enterprise IT segment offers comprehensive, customized software solutions for the digitalization and optimization of business processes—with the goal of making companies data- and AI-ready. In addition to the metasonic® Doc Suite for document and content management and the metasonic® Process Suite for business process management (BPM), the segment also provides powerful AI-powered ERP and e-commerce solutions. These include proprietary solutions such as Syntona, aurelo, and itrade, as well as products from leading vendors such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central, and SAP Commerce for comprehensive ERP and e-commerce requirements—increasingly supplemented by integrated AI, automation, and data capabilities within the respective vendor ecosystems. The portfolio also includes solutions for Enterprise Asset Management and Field Service Management, including SAP and ServiceNow, as well as the Evora Suite for the efficient management of assets and the optimization of field service processes. The Evora Suite enables the complete digitalization of these service processes, from planning and scheduling to the efficient management of maintenance and service orders. The SAP and Microsoft solutions help customers leverage productivity gains from solutions such as SAP Business AI, SAP Business Data Cloud, or Microsoft-based Copilot, data, and analytics capabilities in a targeted manner.

In an increasingly digital world and in the face of ever-evolving cyber threats, information and data security are of paramount importance—especially when it comes to cloud, data, and AI platforms. The Allgeier Enterprise IT segment brings together experts from the fields of IT and cyber security as well as IT forensics to develop customized IT security solutions and proactively protect your systems against cyber threats and AI-related threats. This includes consulting services as well as the implementation of information security solutions such as the encryption of SharePoint platforms and email traffic.
